Set at The Chedi Luštica Bay in Montenegro, yooop Escape brings together a carefully curated group of female founders, executives, entrepreneurs and leaders for two days dedicated to longevity, business and meaningful connection.

At the heart of Escape is a simple idea: we are building for the long term, so we need to think about ourselves the same way.

The programme brings together leading conversations around longevity, women’s health, energy, nutrition, recovery and performance with intimate business sessions exploring growth, leadership, investment, money and the decisions shaping what we build next.

Beyond the programme, there is time to move and connect differently: morning yoga, padel, golf, the Adriatic, beautiful food and long dinners. Curated introductions and a deliberately intimate setting create space for relationships and conversations that rarely happen at traditional business events.
