Workshop: A People Problem?

When something goes wrong in a team, we often assume the person is the cause. What if the real problem is in the organisation, the way of managing, or processes that were never set clearly enough?

In this interactive workshop, through concrete business examples, we will learn how to recognise the real causes of a problem, how to separate the responsibility of employees from the responsibility of management, and how to make better decisions when leading teams.

The workshop is for entrepreneurs, business owners, managers and all women who lead teams and want a more efficient business.
