Female Net is not a directory and it is not an NGO. It is a professional network for women that works because the introductions actually happen in the room, and then every day after it.
Why we exist
Access was unevenly distributed.
Ambition was never the problem. Who knew whom, and who was in which room, was. Female Net exists to open those rooms and to keep them open.
A word from our founder

Founder, Female Net
I started Female Net because I kept watching brilliant women work twice as hard for half the access. The talent was never missing. The rooms were.
So we built the rooms. First one evening, then a permanent address, then a network that crosses borders. Now YOOOP keeps the introduction you make tonight working for you next month.
What we are building is not a club to belong to. It is a network that does something for you, and that you do something for in return. If that sounds like you, I hope you apply.
