About the Speaker

The session will be led by Božidar Kramzer, an AI marketing mentor and business consultant with more than 15 years of experience in marketing.

During his career, he has worked with global corporations and led marketing for a 5-star boutique hotel in Montenegro, which received the prestigious Wild Beauty Award for Small Hotel of the Year during that period.

As a consultant, he also participated in the launch of the Hvala tips platform and contributed to its successful positioning on the local market.

So far, he has worked with women entrepreneurs, helping them build strong business foundations and marketing strategies that attract new clients.

Today, his work focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in small business marketing, through practical tools, prompts, and systems that save time and increase efficiency.

Through his individual mentorship program, he helps women entrepreneurs position themselves in the market, build structured marketing systems, and use AI as their personal marketing team.
